Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation (excluding pre‑orders).
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery Areas
We ship to most regions worldwide. Availability for specific countries is shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Domestic: free shipping above a certain order value; otherwise a flat fee applies (calculated at checkout).
International: calculated by weight and destination; estimated fees are shown at checkout.
Delivery Time (estimates, not guaranteed)
Domestic: 3–7 business days via express carriers; remote areas may take longer.
International: 7–21 business days via expedited or standard air mail.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not pay these charges.
If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees, we will refund the product price minus actual shipping costs.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email once the order ships. You can also view it in your order details.
Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Unclaimed packages held for more than 30 days may be discarded without refund.
